Ok i spent most of yesterday trying to unlock mine and ill tell you what i learnt in that time.
Basically if your on 3.1.3 you can still unlock your phone IF your phones baseband is NOT 06.02, if its something other than that code then you can unlock it for free.
But seeing as the software is new there is no unlock for it yet, so you have to downgrade the firmware to the one below 3.1.3, THEN you can unlock via the usual ways.
If your baseband was 06.02(like mine
) then you'd not be able to downgrade, no downgrade= no unlock. Thats the long and short of it, hope that makes sense?
The only way to unlock would be asking the network provider of the phone.
