Quick question please

Just had a new turbo fitted to my 06 ST3. On starting, leaving engine to run for 10 mins the oil temp goes to 60-80oc and the Oil Pressure slowly moves just above the red (goes back towards 5 when driving but when stopped, just goes back to above red but never in the red).

- Oil levels fine, coolent fine.

Should I worry?
