Hey everyone.

Well as some of you may no i am currently converting my car from standard mfi to cossie p8 as well and a few other things, it has been of the road for around 4 months and i have owned the car for about 7 months i think.

Basically my erst series 2 is my first proper turbo car i have only been driving for a little over a year and its my second car after a pug 106.
I have put in allot of money to the management change and i want to at some point give it a proper resto, at the moment i feel a little in over my head, the question i want to ask is

How did you all learn everything you know ? sometimes i look thought the rest topics and am blown away as well as confused by half the stuff on there I'm only 18 and i know i have a lot to learn and this site is great for that but i just wonder if you can just learn by trial and error and just giving it ago or did you go to collage/work in a garage etc... I am lucky to have muz around i learn alot of him but i know that i cant go to him for everything and somethings i have to and have learned on my own so yeah thats it really just feeling like theres so much to learn something i think " what am i doing i cant do this" lol

So how have you all learned all the car skills you know >?
