looking for a new turbo for my s2 and i just want to know the difference between the 3 turbos below.

I am aiming to reach 250 bhp in the not so far away future so i need a turbo that will be capable of this

so what are the difference between theses:

2wd cossy t3 -
4x4 cossy t3 -
stage 3 t3 -

Also what kind of power are they capable or running.
