I have a boardman roadbike, the £600 comp to train on and i tell you you wont get a better road bike for the same rrp

Specialized are good for shorter folks, anyone 6ft or so will struggle a bit on the hardtails as they tend to come up a bit smaller than the framesize suggests.

To the OP, can you not buy from a decent local shop rather than Evans, they very expensive unless you get a sale
