A couple of steel posts on the lower sub frame. Standard mounts sat on them. Then one of the alloy mounts that bolts to the engine was standard and one was shortened and welded to an alloy plate bolted to the engine.
I have a few pics somewhere, could take some digging out though.
Your cheapest and easiest route to 300bhp would be via a written off M3 I reckon...
