every snake does mate they cant chew there food, try holdin the mouse by the tail when he strikes for it dont let go you can actually feel him constrict the mouse, you would not believe there strength for a small snake, i have had about 15 corns over the years all diff colour 1s mainly keep lizards now though, chameleons, iguanas, frilled dragons, they got more character, iguana comes out in the feista sometimes.
