Default Some questions about adjustable suspension arms (for camber)

Vehicle: Ka 1999 T reg, 195/50/15s, used for autosolos, track days etc
I have 2 sets of knacked wish bones (bushes worn) so I am thinking to remove the ball joints (rivetted on just now) extend them and slot out the holes so I can bolt the ball joints back on and have adjustable camber. A few questions have popped up though:
1) Is there a way of calculating how much camber in degrees I would get per mm of movement on the lower ball joint? I can do it on paper but its physically getting the measurements off the car I am strugling with.
2) With a drop of 30mm (on 30% stiffer springs) how far can I let my drive shafts extend by?
3) Any other sugestions for adjustable front camber? Thought about concentric/shift plate top mounts but Im running full size springs, plus I was advised against them (although I cant remember why right now).
