OH EXCUSE ME FOR BEEN COMPLETLY WRONG my standard st wheels are et 42 with standard 215/45 tyres rear and 225/40 front lowered 40mm and ony things that ever rub is mud flaps off the road on hard cornering. my old 2 litre had 17 et38 mondeo wheels fitted with 205/40s and never had any bother anything wider could have been problem though this is only my real life experince so i could be completly wrong
