i would have thought it wouldnt sieze, but when you get it back in the car, maybe give it a "Little" squirt of oil in to the bores, just little, though, then turn it by hand,Also,when you put the oil back in with the filter, turn it over by hand again with out the plugs in, just to get the oil back in places where it needs to be.

Maybe im being too anal, but thats what i would do.
