i asked this the otherday mate, with the intension that my ban (21 days) would come off if i changed address, it now seems that the coooonts at DVLA now screw you for nigh on £20 to get it removed....

a ban/ pints are now on your license for 4 years, after this time they can removed.

you have to declaire points/bans to the insurance for 4 years also.
