net's not the problem mate .
i can not upload any pics or access my pm's on here or facebook etc ,
i have spoken to my isp and they rekon it is to do with my antivirus program and modem .
they are coming tomorrow to install new modem and software for the antivirus.
fingers crossed all will be back to normal tomorrow.
