Default Suspension angles??

Just had my saff on a 4 wheel aligner today to get the tracking set after fitting a new rack, got a print out of all the settings.
Rear camber: L -3'43' R -2'59'
Rear toe : L 0'07' R 0'15'
Front camber: L -0'59' R -1'20'
Front toe: L 0'08' R 0'09'
Just wondering if these settings are correct as it's well lowered and back tyre's inside edge is getting eaten. Is there anything that can be done to correct them?
It's all polybushed and has fairly new springs/shocks,and no,it didn't have spherical bearings in the rear originally!
