sweedish plenum seems to be a good route to go. The elbow is the problem on the standards. The sweedish plenum I have has the spacer actually incorparated and welded into the unit. I personally like the look of the mike rainbird plenum. Is quite a reasonable price and is good up to something like 700bhp. It is what I will probably buying before getting car set up.

But at the end of the day, you could say what is the point on having a decent flowing inlet if you have standard head with no work done to that... It will still be restrictive after if goes through the plenum.
