back flush it though, i.e. flow water in opposite direction to normal.

if tricky, connect a length of hose and pour in some mr muscle drain cleaner or similar. connect another length of hose to flow all the shit out of the bottom of the car, or out over the wing cos you don't want that shit all over your enginebay.

rinse out well by flushing both ways afterwards.
