Alot of it will depend on your budget mate, but you would do well to get yourself a good quility wash mit and a drying towel.
A clay bar kit is worth while andyou will only need to do this approx twice a year.

If working by hand you can not go wrong with Autoglym Super resin polish (others prefer meguairs but its each to there own)
Follow this with a glaze like poorboys black hole

And then wax with a wax of your choosing
Maybe Nattys blue as a cheaper option

There are better products out there but these are just somethings to keeep costs down and for you to look into,
