Don't knock the 1.4 Zetec SE, I started out with my first Focus in that form and Nitroused it. Then swapped for a turbo engine, then had a Focus RS and now onto a Focus Cossie. So you can only go upwards

To give yourself a clearer view of choices, look up some pictures of Mk1 Focus's on this forum. I believe there's a specific thread on here with just Focus's.
