you can get the old mount out by cutting it with the engine raised as it were. but i could not for the life of me get the new mount in. i couldnt get the engine any higher as the gearbox was touching the transmission tunnel.
Just take out the bolt on the oil filter arm that is on the top near the oil filter itself,
Then with adjustable spanner big enough undo the bolt that holds the oil filter arm that goes into the engine block. Y
ou should then be able to lift it up enough to get a small socket set to the bolts that hold the mount leg to the engine block. LEAVE the last bolt (one of the top ones) in loose on the engine mount leg, as this will save you having to fart arse around later trying to line up the engine mount leg to the engine block.
Sorry if this sounds a lot but i'm not one for cutting long storie's short lol.
