the best to go for are the solid mount tops that tony "nuts rus" or something like that his user name is as they are a proper race bearing top and remove all the play in that area and i use them on my road car and are fine the only down side is they raise your car 20mm but i'm on coilovers so simply lowered it a bit more to get my desired ride height back
