ive had this problem on a couple of cossies first time it was the tps throttle position switch apparently it wears at certain position and once you put your foot down it clears,
second time was on an escos changed every single switch and sensor inc chip and it was a broken wire where the harness comes out of the plug on the big ecu plug,might be worth checking if you have been changing chips etc might just be a pulled wire
