right just started to clean up the rear arms/ wishbone, whatever their proper name is. Is there a difference between a standard ones off a rst to one off a bonus model? Except the anit rol bar mounts, cause when I got them I pushed in some poly bushes and then fitted to the car to make the rolling shell. Now the main bush where it bolt to the car was quite easy to push in on the bonus one, but trying to remove the ones on rst one which are standard ford jobs, seem to be one solid metal and rubber piece, dose it come out and should it be pressed out or will a good beating with a hammer do the job?
