i have a 2l w reg zetec with focus central 4-2-1 (looks identical to milltek on the pics but dunno about bore size), milltek cat back (for the 2l which is 2 1/4 inch iirc rather than 2 1/2 in for the st170), magnecore kv85 leads (i recomend as mine runs smoother with them) and k&n pannel with uprated cold air feed to air box (chopped the fins of the intake on the box and hose cliped some flexi tube on going to lower grill.

she made in march 117bhp at the wheels, 149bhp at the fly (21% transmition loss - that seem a bit high or not for an mtx75 box??) and peak torque was about 150 lbft

the rolling road was done at aldon automotive who also have an engine dyno which they can use to see how accurate the rollers are and aparently the figures are pretty darn close.

all this btw is on the standard map and i recomend the st170/st170 knuckles with mondeo mk3 callipers brake upgrade.

next step to get st170 power would be custom remap and that should see about 160 and with cams 170+bhp but that i think is the limit of the standard intake manifold from what i've heard.

i personally (if and when funds allow) will be going throttle bodies with stand alone engine management next and see what i can get out the standard engine and then try some cams. should get somewhere near 185-190bhp maybe.

oh and my engine has coverd almost 104k...they only get better with age these zetec e's, just regularly service them 8)
