It dont seem to want to take to the seats or the blue paint.
I have sanded the blue down but it wont ake 100%. Think i am gonna have to build it up a bit at a time.
i had this sort of problem when painting some wheels, i was told to give them a light dust coat of spray primer then paint them, and it worked
