proper built garages cost a fortune, mines just over a double and its a prefab structure so cheap.

the roof is being replaced and we are currently building a 3rd garage sized block built structure on the side as a shed/garage.

Once thats up its going to get a new roof and the prfab is going to be cemented and insulated making it a better structure.

Im hoping once its done it will be really nice but looks terrible at the moment lol.

Im doing it all on a budget and so far looks as if without the main roof and the fact that i already had the prefab bit about £1000 will see it done.

Will be basically a 3 car garage but with 2 garage doors and 1 being a shed/workshop/engine room/tool room, all being connected.
