is it for fat burning?id try some low intensity cardio first. keepin hearbeat between 120-140bpm for me its incline of about 7 on treadmill with fast walk.do that till i burn 250 cals which usually is about 30mins.seriously works a treat for me plus itl save you cash on shoesworth a shot.
