do u do any exercises with the dumbells? incline and flat? flys? dumbell pull overs?
it takes me a good hour and half on a chest session and bout 8 mins of that is on bench
i do incline using dumbells and flys using dumbells
an hour and a half is pointless on the one area,your wasting an hour of your day getting no more gains than you would with half hour on chest.i can do flat,incline,decline and flys/crossovers in about 35 mins and ill spend around 25 mins doing triceps on same day,any more is pointless as you grow in your bed not in the gym,but if your happy with that then batter in mate.id rather be doing something worthwhile with my extra hour than wasting time doing yourself no good in the gym
