basically i ordered an item and paid for next day delivery. the item did not arrive next day so amazon refunded the delivery charge.
well i needed the item that day so ended up hiring the tool from elsewhere and when the item arrived i refused the delivery which got sent back to amazon.
then got an email back with a credit note!!!! does anyone know how to use it as i can't seem to redeem it at the checkout stage????
