I do 3 sets of 10 at 140 kg after 2 warm up sets normally as benni said that is not a normal chest workout just a max effort day which if done properly can improve your strength massively if combined with speed days but i dont expect you to understand that. and i can assure you i get a full range of motion on all reps .
i find your comments boring really as you show a great lack of understanding when it comes to weightlifting/powerlifting/bodybuilding/ and your general attitude is arrogant you seem the type of person who puts other people down to make themself feel better and i wouldnt dream of talking down to someone ive never met no matter what weight they were lifting or there size .
