Depends on all sorts of variables like oil pressure, wear etc etc, a good estimate I would say is between 200 - 250 but tbh I dont really know. When I first built my fiesta the first time round it was with all standard internals and that was producing 200bhp @ 1bar. Never missed a beat.
Why do you ask?
Its a mates track car. Fresh rebuild with a T3. It going for a set up and hoping to run a bar but was'nt sure if it would take it.
