I reckon that'd pass an MOT, it doesn't look structural in any way, and these Fiestas rot like mad on the rear arches, my old Zetec S had to have the arches cut out and new ones welded in, previous owner paid for it though so I dunno how much it cost, was a good job once it had been done though.
