Default ecu output votages

hi does anybody know what voltage the 2 ecu's send out to various engine sensors? i have quite alot of info but carnt find any what voltage should be coming out. and a few sensors from the fuel ecu have varying voltages.

8v to air flow and efpr

11.5v to throttle position

the live feed for the amal valve has melted, which gets a feed from the fp relay. but also feeds the coil and phase sensor which are ok and still have correct voltages. also fuel temp sensor feed is still ok and that comes from fp relay.

reason i ask my car is fueling its nuts of, to the point were its causing a misfire when on boost at about 5k revs. which sometimes takes a few seconds to come back on 4 cyl when you let off. but also if you keep your foot in you can sometimes drive through it.
now if you turn the boost up its less noticable cos theres more boost obviously, but it used be ok at a bar so shouldnt need to turn it up as it could run lean else were in the rev range.
took the plugs out today and there as black as the ace 0 spades.

all the engine sensors have the correct ressistance and 90% are new. ive tested all engine loom conections from sensor to ecu and the ressitance is 3ohms at the most on all conections so no prob there.
i have spare ecu's but they dont make a differance also i dont know if there any good?

anybody with any thaughts would be a great help other wise its a long trip to msd and an empty wallet thanks
