I see it this way, work your way up to the thou and youll enjoy it more. If you get a thou straight away, where do you set your sights? You have nothing to look forward to etc, plus, theres no way youll get the benefit from owning a thou as a forst bike like there would be if you had some expierience on your back IF i can get into biking at the third attemt lol on the gixxer 600 ive just bought, i intend to upgrade to a 750 next then a thou of some sort!
