could be debris between the wheel and hub mate causing the wheel/s to not sit flat.

wip em off and clean them up, put a smear of grease on the hub/disc where the wheel sits and refit the wheels.

then see if it still does it.

you not hit any pot holes have you?
did anyone test drive it after fitting the brakes??
