Im with Virgin as I download large gaming type files. I have the 50mb service and at quiet times I get about 54Mbs Download and 1.7upload. On specific sites I use I have seen above 7mb/sec downloads which is pretty rapid.

I know speedtest isnt 100% accurate but it does give an indication.. Here is mine I have just done during a peak time
