Im not that heavy of a user but there are 3 comps on in the house using wireless so we probably do use it quite a lot over all.
All Talktalk are interested in doing is getting us to take there tv package, as they reckon that will help our broadband speed which I find a joke.
Dont talk to me about having problems with call centres as the tiscali broadband call cente is in india so you can imagine the fun we have, talktalk have managed to bring the rest of the call centres back to britain but not that one.
In that case I'd suggest binning talktalk off and signing up for Sky broadband, The upto 10mb package would be ideal for your needs and it's only £5 per month providing you take out line rental with them, line rental is £11 per month which includes free evening and weekend calls to all UK landline numbers. So all in your looking at £16 per month for your phone and broadband line for a 12 month period, how much are you paying at the moment?
*EDIT* Just read your first post that you are paying £25 a month for your broadband, phone line, etc. Sky offer an anytime call package the same as what your on for £5 a month so that would bring your total monthly spend to £21, saving £50 a year.
