The judge was really nice tbh and took into consideration i have 11 years no claims and the fact that the royail mail let me down, but he did make it clear that it was for me to check and not simply assume
as long as they lesson has been lernt (remembering to keep on top of your docs) i'm sure the judge had better things to do than to see anotherhard up driver walking down the road
