Hi all.Im really pleased to be a part of the site and thnx for having me.Iv just stepped into the ford scene and got myself a mk3 tdci 130 mondeo.Anyway im getting a strange rattling noise at idle.A little tapping noise that sounds like the pump too.No sound while on the move and drives like new.Iv read it could be the dualmass flywheel but my mechanic friend says it dont seem like it.He reckons it could be the crank pulley.According to the ford service bulletin,i wil most probably need the modified bottom pulley, tensioner and belt replacing.Anyone help?Much appreciated and thanks for viewing..
