They are AAC, and i'm copy & pasting them onto my mp3 player. It's a normal cheap Goodmans mp3 and i was assured it would work on it. I've copy and pasted the songs from the library to my music. The mp3 came with a disc but i didnt have to download anything onto the computer for it to work.
