i will ring the company i bought the gasket from, they do a ally 1 coated in rubber/foam.
will tell them what happened and see if they offer me a different 1.

The cometic style ones he does i have on my engine mate and seem pretty good!!! i bought a set when i built mine up, and their alot cheaper than cometic ones!! im surprised he still sells the nitrile rubber ones as surely a fair few people have had it happen
