Have the insurance criteria really tightened up this last year???

Of the 6 companies ive rung, 3 wont qoute, 2 are well over my current renewal, and only 1 has beat the renewal of my current insurer.

Bear in mind ive now got an extra years NCB, my points come off next year, im older, live in a nicer area, less risky occupation!!

and the 3 companies who refused to qoute this year, qouted me last year!

Makes you wonder if they actually would rather not insure modded cars these days.
