remember that ebay and paypal are the same company so as soon as you link your new ebay to paypal they will work it out.

you will also find your address is blacklisted, and even if you register under different names etc you will still get banned. My house was blacklisted when i moved in and as a result a week after i changed my address i was banned too they dont want to know and wouldnt even accept documents from the estate agent showing when i moved in.
