Sorry to sound harsh but i work long hours so haven't really got time to weigh and sort out postage to norway for some £100 wheels. Im sure you could find out the average weight of a 15" alloy somehwhere online. as for postage if you can arrange it then i dont mind bubble wrapping them for you
