Appreciate that, thanks Gav for the pics, not going to be a 5 minute job I can see, but hopefully worth it.

Thought about the pista, however my T6 has got the extra memory and does data logging. It may not be as advanced as the setup you get with the Aim data logger, however tbh the car doesn't get used that much as it is, its mainly an asthetic thing really. I fitted the secs unit in the centre of the dash before the new engine and that was nice, but it doesn't work with the new T6, so I have a blank display (or a glorified volt-meter if I switch it on) so wanted to smarten things up a bit.

One more question, does anybody use the gear display, and if so does it automatically calculate which gear you're in (read that somewhere) or do you have to fit sensors to the gearbox for this to work? (I'm using the T5 box as its a 2wd saph)
