The most you can hope for by using one is to prolong engine life by reducing long term wear.... your engine (if im remembering rightly) wasn't that old and suddenly failed....

Mate i'm on the 3RD build now
First time cam wore out snapped the rocker and then shattered the tappet,Then fitted a new head etc but then how should i say "issues" caused my bottom end to go shit it's self so now been fully rebuilt again!
