You may just need a new header tank and/or tank cap !

A cooling system maintains a higher water boiling point by allowing it to run a higher pressure. If the cap is leaking, it cant keep the pressure and the water will boil sooner.
If you do change this first, please get a new cap and not a second hand one that will probably have the same issue.
