Default disconnecting fuel pipe, special tool?

I'm looking to remove the engine from my car. The workshop manual says you disconnect the fuel pipe with a special tool 23-027. (looks like a handle with two prongs in)

I obviously haven't got this, and there don't seem to be any for sale. Cn you advise me how you disconnect your fuel pipes please? I want to re connect them again so I don't want to cause any damage.

Cheers

Steve
