i'm an architect and have done plans/designs for alot of loft conversions, i can sort out the planning and building regs applications etc. i dont charge silly money, and i'm not too far away.

dont let any builders tell you that you dont need plans drawn or that you dont need building regs approval, you can get into alot of grief building without approvals just for the sake of saving a few hundred quid.
