Danny used to run a drag style ladder bar set up on his car as well as drag radial tyres, he could launch on the limiter and it would sometimes bog he had that much grip, lol

Think Lee (Tib) used to have his reasonably soft but was also running drag tyres.

Drag radial tyres make sooo much difference to getting off the line, first time using my car at pod in 5 yrs and i was doing 1.9sec 60ft, im sure with a bit more practice i could get this to 1.7secs, also means you don't end up wheel spinning the first 3 gears
