Don't think FRS would have MAP rather a MAF. If you have Dreamscience maps then it should run the desired amount of boost and adjust fuel/timing accordingly, WITHOUT having a need to install a bleed valve, you will actually make the car worse with this as it's a mechanical affair and as such ECU will have NO control over boost, don't understand why people want to use they have less control than ECU has, also if setup to run to much boost you will lose your engine.

Why do you think it needs to run 19PSI, and presumably you have uprated turbo as well?
