theyre still as good if not better than the double valve springs out now, yes they need head mods, but worth it for the reliablility of them on a race engine !
Jim, since the days of utilising a spring of the old F1 era, there have been developments and new materials used, not saying the iskys dont so the job they are fitted to do, but the work that is required to fit them is no longer required as there are now specific springs developed to fit in the hole.
there will become a time when you may need to drop a platform, but it wont be for a BD16 ever.
